END-TO-END INSTRUCTOR LED TRAINING (ILT)

This is a mock project created about a fictionional SaaS company, DealForce, that is experiencing decreased sales over the last fiscal year. I completed a Needs Assessment to determine the causes for decreased sales and created an Instructor-Led Training (ILT) to address the business need. This training included follow-up with an evaluation from District Sales Managers at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months post-ILT.

INSTRUCTIONAL GAME DESIGN DOCUMENT: GAME-BASED LEARNING

This challenge was a part of the interview process to reimagine SMART’s online training and coursework for their products. I was given 3 days to brainstorm an out-of-the-box solution to their current curriculum.

Their goal was to increase product adoption while meeting the needs of their end users. They did not want technical training content, but a pedagogical approach, highlighting the use of SMART to improve learning in the classroom. The focus was on integrating calls to action and learning transfer opportunities and how well I engaged the audience in the training, while integrating a specific tool. The grounded strategy used in this design document was the InterPlay strategy using Keller's ARCS Model.
