INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING
This ILT is the final product as a result of the Needs Assessment and Design Document. During this 90 minute ILT session, learners will practice the steps to active listening and practice their active listening skills in a role play format. Their final performance assessment will be completed by their leader at 1 month, 3 months and 6 month intervals.
